Restaurant

Luisa and Bruno's recipes come from the tradition of Ogliastra cuisine, where exquisite typical dishes are created with unique and genuine products.

All the products used in the kitchen are natural and locally produced, from pork and sheep to vegetables, pasta, cheeses and desserts.

The surrounding mountains' microclimate allows for optimal maturation and enhances the flavor and aromas of the famous ham from Villagrande and also the sausages made from wild Sardinian pigs reared in the Ogliastra countryside, making them unique.

Another feather in the cap of the typical Ogliastra cuisine are the Culurgiones, small hand-made ravioli in the shape of a wheat grain, packaged by skilled hands. The specialty is filled with a mixture of potatoes and a selection of local cheeses.

For the most demanding palates the Restaurant offers our roast pork or other types of local meats. To finish off, you can taste our Sebadas, a  or sweet ricotta ravioli, all washed down with an excellent glass of Cannonau red wine.
